i fully deleted all game files...there are a difference between this two actions?

i have played your game several months ago and i decided play this masterpiece again but...i dont know why but this game saved all my progress even after deleting and installing it again...
how can i fix it? I never experience this with other games
And if any other players experienced it please tell me how do you reset it
