I have the game on steam and after beating the game (got the achievement), i exited and when i opened the game again, it makes me do the first run again

Hi! Really awesome game, liked it a lot. I just wanted to know if does the game have a save feature for after you completed the first run? Or would i have to do it all again everytime i open the game?
