the concept is kinda overdone a bit since it is so heavily reliant on the mandela effect genre. it's got some effort put into it, but it generally falls a bit flat with a slight bit of cheapness to the jumpscares. the last bits could be potentially a lot more scarier than the main portion of it, but it feels like the whole thing wasn't exactly that built up enough to make a proper scare, and this is coming from someone who get hallucinations from looking into dark hallways. simply looked away and felt nothing.
