Version(a0.8.38) Hotfix Release notes:

New features: 

1. When you take out your handgun(combat mode) screen automatically zooms-in to max.

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed server running with 0 players online. 
2. Fixed Singularity station not using it's survival surge feature.
3. Fixed AOE and beam range was showing up wrongly in different resolutions.
4. Fixed AOE and beam range was showing up wrongly in different resolutions.

Modding:

1. Claimer NPC_AI now has a parameter "on_claim_event" (list), which will apply the specified events to the claimed ship.
