Minor corrections and additions

List of changes:

• Reworked the pathfinding of the caravan
• Add a tutorial bubble for the upgrade panel
• Added the fact that the caravan was the last person who opened the upgrade panel
• Information about controls on the personal character choise menu
• Added new keyboard controls to play up to 2 on the keyboard
• Optimization of the pathfinding generation
